No Hassle Return Policy
Please follow these procedures for a No Hassle Return on your part(s)
We want all our customers to have a No Hassle Return on all returns, but we need you to make sure to follow our 3 simple requests below: Thank you for your understanding and your Business!
1) - Prior to return please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number before returning part(s).
2) - All parts must be in the original package and not installed on vehicle.
3) - No returns after 30 days.
Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number, prior to returning any merchandise. If you choose to email us, please include your order number and "Return Authorization" in the subject line. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Parts must be returned for inspection prior to any credit being issued. All return parts must be uninstalled and returned in the original, unopened, undamaged packaging or you will not receive credit. Parts must be accompanied by a copy of proof of purchase invoice (this can be found under “Your Account” on our site). We appreciate if you can just follow these policies to make this a no hassle return policy. call us with any concerns you may have.
