No Hassle Return Policy

We want all our customers to have a No Hassle Return on all returns, but we need you to make sure to follow our 4 simple requests below: Thank you for your understanding and your Business!

1) - A note referencing the parts invoice must be included with the return.

2) - All parts must be in the original package and not installed on vehicle.

3) - No returns after 30 days.

4) - We are no longer be able to accept returns or cancellations for items with a cost below $10.00.

Parts must be returned for inspection prior to any credit being issued. All return parts must be uninstalled and returned in the original, unopened, undamaged packaging or you will not receive credit. Parts must be accompanied by a copy of proof of purchase invoice (this can be found under “Your Account” on our site). We appreciate if you can just follow these policies to make this a no hassle return policy. call us with any concerns you may have.

Core Policy

  • Some parts offered on our website have a “core charge” applied. This is a refundable charge the manufacturer applies certain parts, ensuring the old part will be returned back to us.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping cores back to us, including shipping costs.
  • Cores must be returned in the original Toyota packaging from the new part. Toyota does not accept or pay us for any cores not returned in the Toyota packaging.
  • An eligible core must be a Toyota part and cannot be altered, missing parts or disassembled. Aftermarket cores are not eligible for credit!
